Maddie Blanchard serves as the Workplace Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Outreach Specialist in the Office of Affirmative Action Planning and Programming. She is a proud alumna of UW–Madison, where she received her B.A. with honors in psychology and a certificate in criminal justice. Before returning to work for her alma mater she worked in the public and non-profit sectors for several years, with a focus on outreach, volunteer engagement, and community building.
