New Street in Darbo-Worthington Neighborhood Will Honor Madison Music Legend Richard Davis

Richard Davis Lane, a new city street in Madison, has been named in honor of the retired UW-Madison music professor of the same name. Davis established himself as a world-renowned bassist, releasing dozens of albums, recording with icons such as Bruce Springsteen, Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand and Miles Davis, and performing all over the globe, from Madison to Tokyo.
