Tsering Thillman

Tsering Thillman is the communications manager, overseeing content creation spanning news articles, speeches, and messages for audiences from a diversity of backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and socio-economic statuses. Prior to this, she served as the executive communications and public relations manager at American Public Media Group and Minnesota Public Radio.

Thillman specializes in executive communications, media relations, and crisis management. She started her career as an editor for a local morning show, where she discovered her passion for storytelling and crafting narratives. She spent the past decade working with clients in the nutrition, tech, travel, and public media industries. Thillman served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member for the UW–Madison Precollege Program and as a board member for the Regional Tibetan Women’s Association of Minnesota.
