Angela M. Miller is the assistant vice provost (AVP) for Accessibility and Belonging Administration (ABA) in the Division of Diversity, Equity & Educational Achievement, where she provides administrative, operational, and strategic leadership for the DDEEA’s administrative programs that support faculty and staff. 

As assistant vice provost, Miller oversees the portfolio of Accessibility and Belonging Administration, including the Employee Disability Resources Center, Office of Affirmative Action Planning and Programming, Learning Communities for Institutional Change and Excellence, campus-wide inclusive excellence programming, and award and recognition initiatives.  

AVP Miller earned her master’s in educational leadership and policy Analysis from UW–Madison’s School of Education. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in arts from UW-Whitewater and is a proud McNair Scholar and King Chavez Scholar alumna. She is currently pursuing her juris doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
