Maddie Blanchard

Maddie Blanchard serves as the Equal Employment Intake and Outreach Specialist in the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Compliance Programs (OEEOCP). She is a proud alumna of UW–Madison, where she received her B.A. with honors in psychology and a certificate in criminal justice. Before returning to work for her alma mater she worked in the public and non-profit sectors for several years, with a focus on outreach, volunteer engagement, and community building.
