The UW–Madison Police Department (UWPD) has updated its Equity Dashboard to add data on service calls for the second quarter of 2022.
UWPD launched the online resource in December 2021 after more than a year of community meetings, listening to concerns, and collecting feedback. It’s the result of a collaboration with community members and stakeholders to develop a unique and powerful tool that promotes transparency and provides a set of success metrics that speak directly to the UWPD’s commitment to equity in policing.
Site visitors can view UWPD calls for service, arrests, citations, use of force, complaint data, and more. They can also download information for any quarter where data is available.
