Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement (DDEEA) seeks Director of Development

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA)*, the private fundraising and alumni relations organization for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is seeking a development professional to support the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement (DDEEA) and work to create a diverse, inclusive and excellent learning and work environment for the entire UW–Madison community.  DDEEA’s strategy for inclusive excellence encompasses not only race, gender, socioeconomic status, religion and national origin, but a diversity of educational legacies and human experiences from a wide range of perspectives and cultural backgrounds.

The Director of Development for DDEEA will lead prospect qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship efforts with emphasis on major gifts, in relation to DDEEA priorities.  The Director of Development is responsible for cultivating and managing a variety of donor and campus relationships to deliver fundraising results for a UW-Madison priority area. This position will be a combination of remote, in-office, and on-site work environments.
