The Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center has expanded eligibility for its vaccination clinic on March 23rd-25th to include Milwaukee, Outagamie, Brown, Kewaunee, Winnebago, Calumet, Manitowoc, Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Dane, Jefferson, Waukesha, Walworth, Racine and Kenosha counties. ALL OR ANY ENROLLED TRIBAL MEMBERS 16+ who live in these counties plus their household members (Native or Non-Native)
To receive the vaccine you must pre-register by calling 414-316-3737 or online at www.gliihc.net/covidvaccineregistration. Online registrants will be called by GLIIHC staff to schedule their appointment.
