Congratulations to Liz Valentine, the randomly-selected winner of the Week 3 DIP Pilot Raffle Giveaway, who has been awarded a Nikki Giovanni poster from this year’s Black History Month Keynote event, donated by Karla Foster, Campus & Community Liaison.
Thank you to Liz for submitting her initiative for the Student Veteran Health Care Conversation event. This event will provide monthly learning opportunities for UHS staff to increase their knowledge of military culture, understand potential barriers for student veterans seeking health care services at UHS, and identify resources to better support student veterans.
We encourage campus community members to continue reporting information into DIP, as this effort is essential to creating the best database possible!
