The UW-Madison School of Nursing is hosting a Enhancing Diversity in the Nursing Workforce career fair and panel. The event is THIS Wednesday, February 15th from 4 pm – 6 pm in Signe Skott Cooper Hall at 701 Highland Ave in Madison. The event will include a career fair from 4 pm – 5 pm with employers from throughout the state who are committed to diversifying the nursing workforce followed by a panel presentation from 5 pm – 6 pm in the auditorium. The panel will include practicing nurses and nurse leaders from diverse backgrounds who will describe their journey into nursing, their challenges and triumphs, and wisdom they have for future nursing generations.
