Madison’s annual Hmong New Year celebration will take place on Nov. 5 & 6 at the Alliant Energy Center. The free event will include singing, dancing, pageantry and a talent show, as well as family activities, including a play area, games and prizes. Organizers have also partnered with Public Health Madison & Dane County to offer free COVID-19 vaccines during the event.
