UW-Madison Diversity Division seeking Assistant Vice Provost/Chief Operating Officer

UW-Madison, recently ranked among the top ten public colleges in the nation by US News and World Report, is looking for an assistant vice provost to serve as the chief operating officer for the Division of Diversity, Equity and Educational Achievement.

The assistant vice provost/chief operating officer (AVP/COO) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Division of Diversity, Equity and Educational Achievement’s central office. Additionally, the AVP/COO will help the vice provost and chief diversity officer drive the division’s organizational growth; develop a strategic plan to realize the division’s vision; carry out the division’s mission in keeping with the divisions’ values; and where necessary, help restructure the division.
