Thank you to Paula for submitting her initiative for the Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) Learning Community (LC). The DEM LC is an annual program in which a cross-section of 25 colleagues from the offices within the DEM (Admissions and Recruitment, the Student Information System, Office of the Registrar, and Student Financial Aid) meet in efforts to support staff and foster culture of rich professional development and growth, and a community that is inclusive, respectful, culturally competent and collaborative.
