Congratulations to Cat Phan, the randomly-selected winner of the tenth DIP Pilot Raffle Giveaway, who received a gift bag donated by the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement (DDEEA).
Thank you to Cat for submitting an initiative for the General Library System Diversity Task Force (GLS-DTF). The General Library System created a Diversity Task Force to plan for a long-term strategic way to manage, integrate, and sustain efforts to promote diversity and inclusivity in library staffing and services. The Task Force will work over a year to gather information, set priorities, and recommend a structure for sustained management including assessment and accountability and reporting of diversity efforts in the GLS.
We encourage campus community members to continue reporting information into DIP, as this effort is essential to creating the best database possible!
